This pair of mid-century Mediterranean miniature vessels, standing between 5" and 5.5" tall, originates from the 1950s–1970s and was likely produced in Spain or Southern France. Hand-thrown on a potter’s wheel, these red terracotta pieces feature a traditional partial dip in a green galena glaze, leaving characteristic drip marks over the unglazed earthenware bodies.
